Payment Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

We aim to make paying for your order simple and secure. This policy sets out the payment methods we accept and how payment works.

Before you order

  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.
  • We currently sell and deliver to UK addresses only.
  • All prices are shown and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). A VAT invoice is available on request.

Payment methods we accept

Credit & debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, ELO
Digital wallets Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
Buy now, pay later Klarna (subject to Klarna's eligibility checks and terms)

The payment options available to you at checkout may vary depending on your device, card and location.

How payment is processed

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout using Shopify Payments and the relevant provider. Card data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number. Payment is taken when you place your order, and your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order will not be completed.

Buy now, pay later with Klarna

Where Klarna is offered, it is provided by Klarna as a separate credit or deferred-payment agreement between you and Klarna, subject to Klarna's eligibility criteria and terms. Klarna may carry out its own checks. Your statutory rights in respect of the goods are unaffected by how you choose to pay.

Security and fraud prevention

Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention and address checks. We may contact you to verify details before dispatch. This is to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

Pricing accuracy

We take care to show correct prices. If a genuine pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, including through Klarna or the digital wallet used. See our Return & Refund Policy for timings.
