What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver to UK addresses on a tracked service at a flat rate of £9.99 per order. Orders are dispatched within 0–1 working days and delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days (typically 2–5 working days in total from order). For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or any address outside the UK, please contact us for a quote before ordering. What is your returns policy?

You can cancel and return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return carriage. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not been dispatched, contact us for a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, it is handled as a change-of-mind return. See our Order Cancellation Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, ELO and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later, subject to Klarna's terms). All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. See our Payment Policy.

What load capacities do your racking systems support?

Load capacities vary by range — from lighter-duty shelving at around 175kg per shelf to heavy-duty industrial shelving rated at 500kg+ per level. The exact manufacturer rating is shown on each product page and must not be exceeded.

Is installation included?

Installation is not included. Our shelving is designed for boltless assembly with no specialist tools, and assembly instructions are supplied with every order. If you need help planning a larger installation, contact our team.

Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

Yes. We offer competitive discounts for bulk and trade orders. Contact our sales team with your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.

Can I order custom sizes?

We carry a wide range of standard sizes to suit most needs. For bespoke requirements, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned under the change-of-mind right unless faulty.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Where the manufacturer offers a warranty, the details are stated on the product page. In addition, all goods are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
