Order Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we make it easy to cancel. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order with Shelving Racking Co.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it for a full refund, including any delivery charge. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number by email at sales@shelvingracking.co.uk or by phone on +44 1282 270214 (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00). Because we aim to dispatch within 0–1 working days, please contact us as early as you can so we can stop the order before it leaves.

Cancelling after dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return. You can still cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under your statutory right to cancel; the goods should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind cancellations is paid by the customer, and we can arrange collection of large or heavy items on request and confirm the cost first. Changing your order or delivery address

If you need to change items, quantities or your delivery address, contact us before dispatch and we will update your order where we can.

Orders we may cancel

We may cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item is out of stock, if there is a genuine pricing or description error, or if we cannot obtain payment authorisation. We will always contact you if this happens.

Refunds on cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders are made to the original payment method. Where no goods have been dispatched, we process the refund promptly on cancellation; where goods are returned, refunds are issued within 5 working days of approval and always within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Where you paid using Klarna or a digital wallet, the refund is returned through that provider.
